'Breathe Music' A Live Yoga Concert

After a sell out performance last year, Lene Skomedal is returning to London for another collaboration with enSEmble26. This is a unique concert experience where you listen with your whole body.

The musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal (yogalene.com) brings you closer to classical music and the performers, at the same time as guiding you through a varied and invigorating yoga session. The live music will help you dive deeper into the yoga, the yoga helps you dive deeper into the music and it all melts together in a very special experience.

The yoga session is built up around some extraordinary pieces of music, played by enSEmble26 memebers, Ellie, Tom and Eleanor.

You can choose if you want to actively join the yoga, or if you just want to sit or lie down in meditation. There will be options for all levels.

Bring your own yoga mat and the props you need and be prepared for an all body, all mind, all senses experience like never before!
