We are so excited to be invited to perform as part of the Herne Hill Festival and in aid of the wonderful charity 'Practical Action'.

We are going to present a varied and beautiful programme of music by Mozart and Beethoven as well as lesser known salon piece by extraordianry women of the 19th and 20th century.

Practical Action is an international development charity with a difference. Founded by the radical economist and philosopher Fritz Schumacher, author of 'Small is beautiful', the charity knows that the simplest ideas can have the most profound, life-changing effect. For over 40 years, it has been working with some of the world's poorest people, using appropriate technology to fight poverty and transform lives for the better.
